Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for online courses or digital downloads.
As our courses provide immediate lifetime access, we do not entertain requests for refunds, exchanges, or credits.
Please review course content, curriculum, and FAQs before enrolling.
📈 Digital Marketing Services (via DigiMonk Agency)
Refunds will not be applicable once the project or ad campaign has commenced.
Advance payments made towards strategy, consultation, ad setup, or media buying are non-refundable.
In case of project cancellation before initiation, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued based on our evaluation of time and effort spent.
📞 Consultation & Strategy Sessions
No refunds are provided once the session is booked and confirmed.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Once enrolled, cancellations are not permitted as the access is delivered immediately upon payment.

Service contracts can be cancelled before execution, subject to a written request.
Any prepaid fees for cancelled services may be adjusted against future services based on mutual agreement.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
All refund requests must be sent via email to support@digitalsaravanan.com with proof of payment and reason for request.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if terms are violated or services have been misused.
